A little about Ann-Mare:
Ann-Maree is a Certified Life Coach through the University of Saskatchewan.
In early 2009 she went to Toronto where she completed her Level I as a Soundwork Practitioner with Gary Diggins. This involves working with sound and music to enhance the moving forward - growth - healing process in coaching and healing practices. She is also a Reiki Master and Huna Practitioner.
Ann-Maree is very creative and is especially passionate about her photography, painting and writing. She loves many forms of music and dance. Nature and the environment are very important to her and she loves to reconnect whenever possible, by hiking and doing her photography.
